How we collect, use, and protect your information.

LonarX provides digital marketing services to real estate professionals. This policy explains what we collect through lonarx.com, why, and what you can do about it. We are based in Denver, Colorado and serve clients across the United States.

1. Information You Give Us

We only collect what you type into a form or tell us directly. Our contact and audit forms ask for:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your brokerage and the markets you farm
  • The challenge you want help with, and anything else you write in the message field

If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen time slot under its own privacy policy. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

2. Information Collected Automatically

If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records standard usage data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, referring site, device and browser type. IP anonymisation is enabled.

Analytics are switched off by default. This site uses Google Consent Mode v2 with every storage category set to denied before any measurement runs. Nothing is stored for analytics or advertising until you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you press Decline, or ignore the banner entirely, that denial persists.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

  • Your consent choice — stored in your browser’s local storage under the key lx-consent. Strictly necessary, so it is kept regardless of your answer. Clearing your browser data removes it and the banner returns.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — set only after you accept. Typically expire after two years.
  • Calendly cookies — set only on pages with the booking widget, and only when it loads.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data for lonarx.com in your browser settings, which restores the default denied state and shows the banner again. Blocking cookies does not limit your access to any part of this site.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare the audit or proposal you asked for
  • To deliver, run and report on the services you engage us for
  • To send service updates about work in progress
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve them

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

5. Who We Share It With

Only with the providers we need to operate, and only for that purpose: our hosting provider, Google (Analytics), Calendly (scheduling), and our email and CRM tooling. Each is bound to use the data solely to provide its service to us. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months, in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement plus the period required for tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email info@lonarx.com and we will respond within 30 days. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Colorado residents have specific rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling, and to appeal a refused request. Residents of other states and countries may have comparable rights. Use the same address above and tell us where you live so we can apply the right framework.

8. Children

This site is aimed at real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, Scale Your Business and we will delete it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a content security policy, and clickjacking and MIME-sniffing protections. Access to client data is limited to the people who need it. See our security practices for detail. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
